Innovative Legal Solutions For Businesses Across Texas
Ms. Walter is one of the founders of Walter & Truong PLLC. She was born in California and lived there throughout her childhood and adolescent years. Her first glimpse of entrepreneurship came from her parents who owned several successful and failed businesses. Through observation, she witnessed business transactions, negotiations, an array of useful business matters, legal triumphs that would later serve her well in her own endeavors.
After high school, she attended college in Hawaii at Hawaii Pacific University. Then she worked at a financial firm while investing in real estate and business. Her first taste of entrepreneurship was an online retail business which she sold for triple her profit.
Although she was successful in her career, she realized the legal challenges that real estate and business owners continuously face.
Ms. Walter graduated from South Texas College of Law Houston and is a licensed Texas attorney.
Legal Practice
“My goal is to protect my clients from legal liability, and assist them along their real estate and business journey. I believe effective legal counsel requires prompt service, knowledgeable staff, and preparation. I focus on real estate transactions, real estate litigation, business disputes, asset protection, business consulting, and business restructuring. I also practice estate planning. Estate planning is often intertwined with real estate and business. It’s vital for anyone who has a dependent, owns property, business, or wants control of where their assets go after death.”
