The ideal litigator will have experience all levels of Texas courts system. He/she must flourish in varied range of subject-matters as we accept cases of all types. You must be passionate about advocacy, trustworthy and a hard worker. You should have experience in witness prep, examination and cross-examination required. Self-starter and comfortable with courtroom advocacy and trial strategy.
The ideal candidate shall have substantial experience with real estate buy/sell transactions, development, leasing, and construction projects. Background in commercial estate transactions and development strongly desired. 4-6 years commercial property buyer/investor/developer representation required.
We provide an excellent opportunity to further develop your practice regarding conservatorships, guardianships, probate and trust litigation including financial elder abuse, as well as estate planning. Position involves heavy client contact as well as frequent court appearances including trials. Seeking 3-10 year experienced licensed attorney needed for probate practice.
Roquemore Skierski PLLC has an immediate opening contract paralegals with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this capacity. The ability to keep up in a very busy environment is a must. Must have knowledge of local and federal court rules. Applicant is to be responsible, motivated, personable, professional, and organized. Paralegal Certificate is required.
